1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MASTER Leadership Inventory 88™ ("the Service"), operated by Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii, Work & Organizational Psychologist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides a developmental self-report leadership assessment and generates a personal PDF report based on your responses. The Service is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychological testing instrument. It does not diagnose personality, mental health, or any medical condition, and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.
3. No Account Required
The Service is accessed through anonymous, time-limited session links rather than a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your session link and any resume link confidential, as they provide access to your assessment and report.
4. Reports and Tiers
Three report tiers are offered: a free Snapshot, the paid Leadership Discovery™ report, and the paid Leadership Profile™ report. Paid reports are generated from the same set of responses and may be upgraded without retaking the inventory, in line with our published pricing at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Payments for paid tiers are processed by a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to that provider's applicable terms. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable processing unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
The MASTER Leadership Inventory™, the MASTER Leadership Framework™, the 3Es Competency Framework™, all item content, scoring methodology, interpretive language, and report templates are the intellectual property of Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii. Your generated report is licensed to you for personal or internal organizational use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create derivative assessment instruments.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide honest responses, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the assessment item bank or scoring logic.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made in reliance on a report, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
