There are no right or wrong answers, and no good or bad responses. This is not a test — it is a mirror. Answer honestly, as you truly are, not as you believe a leader "should" be.
Each of the 88 statements describes a way a person might think, feel, or act in a leadership context.
Think
How you tend to reason and make judgments.
Feel
The emotional response the statement stirs in you.
Act
How you actually behave in practice.
For each statement, choose how frequently it matches you — not whether you agree with it, and not how often you'd like it to be true.
Use the full range of the scale, from "Almost never" to "Almost always":
Go with your first, honest reaction rather than overthinking each statement. Most people complete all 88 statements in about 10–14 minutes.
