No. It does not diagnose a person, predict leadership success, or measure organisational culture, performance or effectiveness. It is a developmental discovery tool.
Yes. You can upgrade to a deeper MASTER 88™ report at any time without retaking the inventory. Your 88 responses remain valid and the deeper report is generated from them.
Research consent is optional and separate from service consent. It allows your anonymised responses to contribute to the continued development of the framework. Declining research consent has no effect on your report.
