1. What We Collect
To administer the MASTER Leadership Inventory 88™ we collect: your inventory responses; background profile details you provide (such as age range, gender, profession, industry, leadership level, country); and, only if you choose to receive your report by email, your name and email address.
2. Separation of Contact and Assessment Data
Your name and email are stored separately from your assessment responses and scores. Your assessment record is linked to a pseudonymous research identifier rather than your identity, so that your responses cannot be casually associated with your contact details.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to score your inventory, generate your selected report, deliver that report to you, and process payment where applicable. Where you give explicit, separate consent, a de-identified copy of your responses may also be used for research to validate and improve the MASTER Leadership Framework™. Research consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Anonymous Sessions
The Service does not require a registered account. You are given an anonymous, expiring session token used to resume your assessment and retrieve your report. Session links expire automatically after a limited period.
5. Data Retention
We retain assessment and contact data only for as long as necessary to deliver the Service, comply with legal obligations, and, where you consented, support approved research. You may request deletion of your data at any time through our withdrawal process.
6. Your Rights and Withdrawal
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and may withdraw research consent at any time via our withdrawal request page. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as payment processing and email delivery) and, in aggregate and de-identified form, with approved research collaborators where you have consented.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted storage of sensitive fields.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
